21st Marrakech International Film Festival Set for November 29 to December 7, 2024

Rabat – The 21st edition of the Marrakech International Film Festival (FIFM) is scheduled to take place from November 29 to December 7, 2024, as announced by the organizers.

For this edition, the organizers expressed their anticipation for “another year of discoveries, international programming, and unforgettable encounters.”

The Marrakech International Film Festival marked its 20th anniversary last year. During the 2023 edition (held from November 24 to December 2), the documentary film “The Mother of All Lies” by Moroccan director Asmae El Moudir received the festival’s Grand Prix (Étoile d’Or).

This was the first time a Moroccan film has been awarded the Étoile d’Or in the history of this global cinematic event.
