Council of Government to Convene on Thursday

Rabat – A Council of Government meeting will be held on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, says a statement by the Department of the Head of Government.

The Council will start its meeting by following a presentation by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, under the theme “General orientations for digital development – Morocco digital 2030”.

The Council will then examine three draft decrees, the first on the creation and organization of a bakery and pastry-making training institute in Casablanca, while the second amends and supplements the decree on the performance bond for cereal and legume imports.

The third text amends the decree concerning the creation of an export processing zone in Kenitra.

At the end of its proceedings, the Council will consider proposals for appointments to high office, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, the statement concludes.
