Excellent employability results for graduates of Rabat Business School (UIR)

The winners of Rabat Business School (RBS), part of the International University of Rabat (UIR), present a remarkable level of professional integration in 2024, according to an employability survey of the establishment.

Carried out among 240 graduates of Masters programs, this survey, which recorded a response rate of 73%, shows an activity rate of 86%, indicates RBS in a press release, specifying that certain programs, such as the Master “Human Capital & Talent Management”, even reach a rate of 100%. This performance illustrates the relevance and effectiveness of the Masters provided, welcomes the same source.

Compared to the previous year, the activity rate increased from 84% in 2023 to 86% in 2024, which reflects the positive dynamics and the growing attractiveness of graduates on the job market, we emphasize.

And note that the establishment’s graduates are active in a variety of sectors, mainly in the industrial (20%), communication and marketing (14%) and finance (13%) sectors.

The main functions performed by the winners are audit/finance, marketing, supply chain management and international management. Furthermore, 14% of graduates engaged in an entrepreneurial project by creating their own start-up. This diversity shows the versatility and adaptability of graduates from Rabat Business School Masters.

Regarding employers, RBS graduates are recruited by prestigious companies such as Orange, Yazaki, Deloitte, Bank of Africa, Mazars and Capgemini, in Morocco and internationally.

Quoted by the press release, Olivier Aptel, dean and general director of Rabat Business School, indicates that “RBS continues to deliver very high quality education, in line with the demands of the job market”. “Our nine Masters programs have all been designed to meet the expectations of companies which regularly review their content to guarantee the professional success of our graduates,” he explains.

Accredited by the AACSB, ranked in the Top 100 Business Schools in the world by the Financial Times and QS World University Ranking, Rabat Business School has more than 2,500 students and 70 permanent professors, 66% of whom are international.

With its network of more than 180 international partners, Rabat Business School has developed two Bachelor programs, 9 Masters programs, an Executive MBA, a doctoral program as well as 24 continuing education programs.
