Florida woman allegedly attacks trooper with fingernails after drunk driving at 120mph
A Florida woman named Brittany Bianchi, was apprehended by cops for driving at 120 mph in a 55 mph zone on Saturday night. According to a report by Fox News, she was charged with resisting officer with violence, battery on law enforcement, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no insurance.

The report says that after Bianchi was stopped, she allegedly attacked a Florida Highway Patrol(FHP) trooper with her fingernails. Bianchi attacked the trooper while being taken into custody for driving under the influence(DUI).
The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. in St. Petersburg. The woman was driving a Mercedes and allegedly zoomed past a trooper on the Gandy Bridge.
In a footage by FHP, Bianchi can be heard yelling and cursing the troopers and saying that none of the charges on her could be proven in court of law.
Reportedly, the woman was taken to Pinellas County Jail after being arrested. According to troopers, it was Bianchi’s third DUI arrest within 10 years.
