HM the King congratulates the Custodian of the Holy Places of Islam following the designation of Riyadh to host the 2030 Universal Exhibition

Rabat – His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to the Custodian of the Holy Places of Islam, King Salman Ibn Abdelaziz Al-Saud, Ruler of Saudi Arabia, following the designation of Riyadh to host the Exhibition Universal 2030.
In this message, the Sovereign expresses to the Custodian of the Holy Places of Islam and, through him, to the brotherly people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His warm congratulations after the well-deserved choice of Riyadh as the host city of the “World Expo 2030”, an attribution which once again confirms the pioneering role that this country plays both regionally and internationally.
His Majesty the King welcomes, in this regard, the high confidence placed in this brother country by the international community, as recognition and consideration for the privileged place it occupies at the regional and international levels, as well as for the major achievements and achievements of Saudi Arabia under the wise leadership of King Salman, allowing the Kingdom to meritoriously win the challenge of organizing the largest international events, likely to contribute to the consolidation of bridges of rapprochement between peoples and cultures and the consecration of the values of solidarity, cooperation and coexistence.
The Sovereign takes this opportunity to reiterate to King Salman the support of the Kingdom of Morocco and its entire willingness to contribute to the success of this global trade and economic forum, which will undoubtedly offer a suitable opportunity to publicize the richness of authentic cultural heritage. and diverse from the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general, and the capital Riyadh in particular.
