HM the King receives the new members appointed to the Constitutional Court and appoints its president

Rabat – HM King Mohammed VI, may God help him, received, Thursday at the Royal Palace in Rabat, the new members appointed to the Constitutional Court, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the organic law of this Court and particularly the provisions relating to the renewal of one third of its members.
It is :
– Mohamed Amine Benabdellah, Amina El Messaoudi and Najib Ba Mohamed, members appointed by His Majesty the King, may God glorify Him.
– Mohamed El Kasri, member elected by the House of Representatives,
– Mohamed Lididi, member elected by the House of Councilors.
In the same context, His Majesty the King, may God preserve him, was kind enough to appoint Mr. Mohamed Amine Benabdellah, president of the Constitutional Court, to replace Said Ihrai, who is no longer able to continue his mission.
During this hearing, Ms. Amina El Messaoudi and MM. Najib Ba Mohamed and Mohamed Lididi took an oath before His Majesty the King, may God preserve Him, in accordance with the provisions of the organic law of the Constitutional Court.
