Description: As part of our development, we are recruiting customer advisors with initial experience in receiving calls. Within a young and dynamic team your mission will be: • Telephone reception of patients and management of appointments • Making appointments based on the protocols of the different centers • Contribution to the management charge of patients as part of their care pathway
Profile Wanted Significant experience in receiving calls (2 years minimum) Having experience or training in the medical field WOULD BE A PLUS A good level of communication in French (oral and written), Excellent elocution and relational ease. A sense of listening and service, Good knowledge of IT tools, Diligent, involved and punctual

Hours range Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. (French time), Saturday rotating: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., 1 Saturday in 2/3 for 44 hours per week
