Description: We are looking for candidates who learn quickly, who are curious and meticulous. – Providing frontline support to our customers through live chats, telephones and emails promptly. – Answer questions and resolve customer issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions accurately. – Be able to meet customer expectations and satisfy them in a professional manner. – Liaise with other departments and monitor progress to ensure customer questions are resolved in a timely manner. – Record and update customer data and other relevant information as necessary. – Meet the documentary/administrative needs of the service and ensure the translation of announcement notices to customers. – Assume ad hoc tasks assigned by the team leader.
Profile Wanted – Diploma or more. – Candidates must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. – Fluency in other languages such as English will be an added advantage. – Be willing to accept rotating shift work (including weekends if necessary). – Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Logical and analytical approach to problem solving. – Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential information. – Strong time management skills and strong sense of responsibility towards duty. – 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the customer service field (financial/Forex industry would be a definite advantage). would be a definite advantage). – Real interest in financial markets and customer services. – Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
