Job description Misson: You will interact enthusiastically with our young clients and their parents while offering unique experiences that are not only adventurous but also educational in an interactive way! Responsibilities: – Provide professional, friendly and engaging service at all times. – Plan and prepare activities in accordance with the activity schedule. – Ensure that all children participating in the kids’ club have been registered by a parent or guardian. – Create new and exciting activities to generate enthusiasm among all children in the complex. – Maintain stock of items necessary for children’s activities, such as paints, pencils, papers, toys, etc. through inventory and ordering new items as necessary. – Ensure all areas are clean and well maintained. – Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. – Comply with policies and service procedures – Respect safety and hygiene rulesAdditional information
