Manage schedules linked to activities Contribute to the management of customer requests and requirements Ensure customer visits according to a schedule Check the conformity of the services provided according to customer specifications Produce reports according to the company’s operating mode Organize the activities according to the operational objectives and the expected quality of service Ensure the administrative management of field staff Process monthly punches Pay field staff (if necessary) Ensure periodic inspection of operating materials and equipment in the field Ensure the deposit of customer invoices respecting the deadline for return of acknowledgments of receipt Resume payment of overdue active customer receivables Ensure clearance of customer priors
Profile
Bac+2/3 in Quality, Hygiene, Environment Good level in written and spoken French Experience required in the cleaning sector
