Conduct listening to evaluate the performance of customer service managers; Maintain and ensure compliance with the quality of calls on set; Have a sense of analysis and be the guarantor and control of the quality of production; Ensure qualitative monitoring of the activity in order to evaluate the performance of salespeople; Report any malfunction observed in real time; Define, implement and monitor action plans to improve the quality of service; Maintain dashboards on the quality actions carried out and the results obtained; Maintain and ensure compliance with the quality of service;

You have 2 years of experience as a Coach; You have a perfect command of the French language as well as IT tools.
You demonstrate real skills in on-set animation and commercial rebound.
