As the first point of contact for our customers, your mission will be to meet their needs, advise them and build their loyalty. You will play a key role in the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. Responsibility:
Welcome and advise customers by telephone, e-mail and face-to-faceIdentify customer needsEnsure follow-up on customer files and ensure their satisfactionPromote the company’s serviceManage complaints and find solutions to resolve the problems encounteredCollaborate with different company services to ensure quality service.
