(easily accessible work site, Close to all amenities and means of transport: tram, taxi, bus, etc.) Your main responsibilities will include: *Manage calls from customers and partners, answer their questions and resolve their problems. *Maintain and update customer databases. *Provide high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. *Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and resolve customer issues.
Profile Wanted We are looking for motivated and dynamic candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer relationship management. Required qualifications and skills include: -Prior experience of at least 1 year in a customer service or customer relationship management role. -Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written. -Ability to work independently and in a team. -Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
