Ensure customer comfort and ensure that the welcome is warm and, above all, personalized. Follow up on customer comments and complaints Build customer loyalty through the quality of work and service provided by the floor team. Ensure the proper functioning of room equipment and materials. Ensure supplies of cleaning products and monitor their use. Develop standards, norms, guaranteeing the cleanliness of rooms and public places, and ensure their respect by the team. Manage expenses relating to cleaning and hospitality products, floor service equipment and linen. Contribute to the optimization of energy costs Control the quality of service of external service providers used for the needs of the service, control the invoicing of service providers Ensure the updating of dashboards (room status, linen stock , welcome and maintenance products, etc.), analyze them and implement action plans. Ensure annual evaluation interviews (One to One) and set objectives for employees Participate in the recruitment of staff for floors and public places, validates recruitments
