You are the main HR contact for employees and their managers at the after-sales service level, you support managers and employees in the field and you maintain a close relationship with them which allows you to deal with a multiplicity of HR issues on a daily basis. You therefore have a very good perception of the HR climate and are a source of suggestions for teams and management. You also contribute to the development and implementation of our human resources policies, and you continually monitor the proper functioning and good practices on various HR subjects. Deploy the HR policy at the level of the various after-sales departments. Ensure the return of HR complaints and escalate them to HR. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, procedures and internal rules at the After-Sales department level.

Profile sought: Training and diplomas

Holder of a higher education diploma (Bac+5) in human resources.

Knowledge

Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position involving personnel administration, HR development and disciplinary aspects, and strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation. Experience in team management. Good level of French.
