For more information, visit our website: www.innovx.maPoste: Attached to the Human Resources Department, you will be the referent for all HR subjects in your area of responsibility with managers and employees. Your main missions:
Participate in the recruitment process and support new recruits in their integration; Provide daily support in the individual and collective management of sector resources (recruitment, mobility, training, annual performance evaluations, talent review, skills development plans, etc.); Develop an HR partnership with operational staff; Support managers in understanding human issues and the development of their teams; Support the company in its change policies; Deploy HR development programs within your scope; Act as a facilitator and provide advice and support to managers and their teams on all subjects related to HR activity.
Profile sought: Skills and personal qualities required:
Bac+5 or equivalent in human resources management; 10 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment. Excellent communication; Good interpersonal relationships; Objective and results oriented; Flexibility.
