Qualifications and skills required
At least four years of field experience in program management and coordination; Proven communication and organizational skills; Ability to train, mobilize and manage experienced staff; Flexibility and ability to multi-task under pressure; Ability to work in unstable and frequently changing security environments; Willingness to work and live in often remote areas and in basic conditions; Proven ability to work creatively and independently, both in the field and in the office;
Terms
Salary defined by the Acted salary scale according to the level of studies, expertise, level of security and level of experience: between €2700 and €2900 net monthly (before income taxes) Monthly expense allowance of living $300Accommodation in a guesthouse and food covered by ActedSocial security, mutual insurance (MSH) and repatriation assistance (SOS International) covered by ActedTransport to the mission and return ticket fully covered every 6 months (towards address specified on the employment contract)Visa costs covered by ActedOne week of preparation for departure including 4 days of immersion safety trainingPossibility of having a 30-minute call with a tax consultantPsychological support (appointment with a professional)
