To strengthen our team, we are looking for a NYS Specialist in our plant in ((location)).Position requirement:Master degree: Industrial engineering or similarLanguage: French & English: FluentExperience: Min 2 years seniority within yazaki in your current positionPosition tasks :Moto & 5S Activity Establish the planning schedule for moto audit, and for Open space audit, prepare an action plan.
Ensure follow up actions with concerned responsible.
Prepare mvms audit for all lines
Ensure follow-up and monthly report of MVMS audit with central functions.
Ensure that the moto standard is implemented at the level of the plan and it is respected by all persons.
Perform moto audit for whole the plant according to planning wirh MVMS check sheet
Share with central function montly report for moto audit wit MVMS and action plan
Model line Establish the planning schedule for the deployment of Moto Stanadard and NYS practices on the model line
Ensure and follow up with audits the standard motorcycle target in the model line
Development skills
Develop Human Assets with the capability to continuously conduct Kaizen on their own with NYS thinking
Ensure training for Line leader and Quality leader to level up Moto knowlegde
Ensure training for operators for 7 levels standard
Motorcycle promoters development
Technical Implementation 100% of YC best practices
Ensure Monojo preparation
Prepare planning for Capability KPI, and NYS shikumi, and action plan follow up
Implement Kaizen Ideas system to generate proposal from operators (number of Ideas per line, impact on saving, committee of validation, appraisal system for the best ones…)
Ensure 100% of 7 level activities implementation plan with 0 delay
Propose and install improvements to increase out put.
Manage the process concept definition in the factory & ensure the implementation of best practices In the new definitions.
NYS conference competition to achieve compact growth
Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. • Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures Y-EMEA/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 45001) and the 5S.
