Description: Best Profil is recruiting on behalf of its client, an Outlet manager in Agadir with mandatory experience. Position:

Conduct training for employees and organize weekly department meetings and daily briefings. Assist the Catering Director in the preparation of the budget, its estimate and the restaurant performance report. Enforce the implementation of service standards. Define the daily tasks and objectives of your colleagues. Develop and supervise schedules. Ensure the application of hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant. Control the quality of the dishes served. Collect customer feedback. Coordinate activities between the room and the kitchen. Supervise the closing of the service and the closing of the restaurant.

Profile :

Diploma in catering or hospitality. Proven experience in a similar position. Mastery of both French and English languages, a third foreign language would be an asset. Excellent salesman. Excellent manager. Good manager. Field man. Good communication skills. Great availability.
