Reporting to the Agency Director, the Private Client Officer is responsible for develop its portfolio made up of specific customers and prospects within the framework of BMCI’s overall commercial policy. In this context, he/she leads a development policy for his/her sub-business assets, monitors and develops his/her portfolio, defines his/her individual action plan to achieve the defined objectives and participates in the development of customer satisfaction. professional while respecting the interests of the bank. Main activities Processing of customer reports with unpaid, irregular and daily reports

Daily Ensure the processing of the monthly report of customers with unpaid, frozen and irregular items, the report published daily for the reporting of overruns and customer contact for regularization Record remarkable operations Build and send files for litigation for downgrading of irrecoverable debts

Customer relationship management and processing of requests related to Retail products

Ensure the processing and monitoring of school transfers abroad: create the file with mandatory documents Enter stock market orders, SICAVs and specific requests Ensure the existence of the provision and compliance with the conditions agreed with the customer Complete the subscription forms and enter the request: placement and termination of products Maintain the entry of account openings entering into contact with individual customers (set-up, verification, entry) Process calls received from the customer according to requests as well as complaints Ensure prospecting of the catchment area and process customer contact opportunities (contact, exchanges and CR) Have the request signed by the customer, prepare the requested certificate, seal it and give it to the customer Process account transfer requests , closure of accounts and termination of attached products Review the legal files of sensitive clients resulting from the compliance review Schedule appointments for client visits, depending on the type of client (top clients of the agency, etc.)

Management of credit files

Ensure the assembly and enter the home credit file and consumer credit Process credit events (rate, duration, mortgage guarantee, development) Contact the customers identified in the unpaid report for regularization Carry out the various simulations of credit requests following customer request and according to precise indicators

Management of compliance risks and Protection of Client Interests
