Location Boulevard Abdelmoumen, Casablanca (an easily accessible workplace, close to all amenities and means of transport such as tram, taxis and buses). Responsibilities Supervise and motivate: Lead a team of customer advisors to achieve set objectives. Monitor performance: Monitor performance indicators and take actions to ensure quality customer service. Plan Schedules: Organize work schedules efficiently to meet operational needs. Personalized coaching: Offer personalized coaching to promote the professional development of your team. Collaborate with departments: Work with different departments to resolve operational issues and optimize processes.
Profile Wanted We are looking for an experienced candidate with at least 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a call center environment. Required skills include: Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team. Mastery of the French language: Ability to express oneself clearly in French orally and in writing. Autonomy and decision-making: Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
