Be the customer relay and ensure the interface and synchronization of quality issues with all stakeholders by ensuring alignment with customer standards (PPAP), Coordinate and participate in quality activities and workshops (FMEA, drawing review, capability studies, control plan, customer specific requirements), Launch, monitor and resolve quality issues arising during the development of projects, Plan, organize and guide teams to implement preventive actions, Ensure regular reporting of activities to factories and management and implement update Quality documents, Promote quality tools and standards in the organization, Ensure the deployment of new tools and the standardization of methods and facilitate their appropriation by industrial sites, Participate in the standardization and improvement of documents and processes (APQP), Lead the deployment of the FMEA software including the configuration and implementation of catalog mode failures, deploy training and provide coaching and support for users, Identify training needs and lead sessions.
Profile sought: Engineer by training in the field of quality, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
You master the upstream quality construction tools (APQP Phases, FMEA, Control plan, PFD, Job Instruction Sheet, PPAP and EN 9100 – AS13145 or IATF (automotive) standards). With good interpersonal skills and field-oriented, you listen to your interlocutors and like to work in a team. Your ability to analyze and take a step back will be necessary assets to successfully carry out your missions. Evolving in an international Group, mastery of. English is essential.
