As part of our development strategy, we are recruiting several insurance sales advisors for our office in Mohammedia.
Profile Wanted Under the responsibility of the supervisor, your mission is to manage and retain a portfolio of customers. You actively contribute to customer satisfaction and the achievement of business objectives. In this capacity, you are in particular responsible for: Prospecting for new customers Identifying and analyzing the needs of prospects, informing them and advising them Making quotes and ensuring follow-up (follow-up, etc.) Concluding the sale and carry out the contract Monitor the business carried out in compliance with the distance selling subscription conditions in force Perfect command of the French language both orally and in writing (mandatory) You have ideally had a successful commercial experience, you know : Manage, develop and retain your portfolio Plan and organize the activity according to the objectives set Master current office software Demonstrate adaptability You are dynamic, autonomous with a sense of advice Equipped with a strong business orientation, you know how to detect business opportunities and are motivated by challenges: Join us!
