Location: Boulevard Abdelmoumen, Casablanca (an easily accessible workplace, close to all amenities and means of transport such as tram, taxis and buses). Supervisor position responsibilities: Supervise and motivate a team of customer advisors to achieve set objectives. Track performance indicators and take actions to ensure quality customer service. Plan work schedules effectively to meet operational needs. Provide personalized coaching to promote the professional development of your team. Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues and optimize processes.
Profile Wanted We are looking for an experienced candidate with at least 4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a call center environment. Required skills include: Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team. Mastery of the French language orally and in writing. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
