You will lead a team of production operators and ensure production goals are met on time and in accordance with established quality standards. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities Anticipate and implement production needs in line with the hierarchy Plan and organize the team’s work in order to achieve production objectives Train and supervise team members to guarantee their autonomy and professional development Ensure compliance with quality standards Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes.
Profile sought for the position: Topographic/GIS Engineer – Team Leader
Engineering degree in Topography / Geomatics or other equivalent Excellent communication and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Results-oriented and concerned about quality Good capacity for anticipation and participation in structuring decisions production Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.) would be an asset Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position or in production or processing of geolocated data would be a plus.
