Malawi Praises HM King Mohammed VI’s Initiatives for Africa – Joint Statement

Rabat – The Republic of Malawi’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nancy Tembo, praised, on Thursday in Rabat, the Royal Initiatives for the Sahel and the Atlantic for a stable and prosperous Africa.

In a joint statement signed following his talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, Tembo also stressed that H.E. Dr Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera, President of the Republic of Malawi, described the Royal Initiative to promote access to the Atlantic Ocean for Sahel States as enlightened and an opportunity for intra-African cooperation.
