Ministry of Education announces competitions for more than 16,000 positions

The Ministry of National Education, Primary Education, Preschool and Sports has announced a series of competitions for admission to the Regional Centers for Education and Training Professions. These competitions, intended for the training of educational executives, will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024, thus offering new employment prospects for 16,000 Moroccan families.

Open competitions for several specialties

For the teacher training cycle, 4,052 positions are available for the primary education cycle, 5,774 for the secondary college cycle and 4,624 for the qualifying secondary cycle. These positions are distributed according to the needs and specialties of each level of education. In addition, competitions for specialized executives in the fields of education, social affairs, and economics are also planned, with a total of 1,550 positions available for these functions.

Online registration via a dedicated platform

Interested candidates can register and submit their applications via the dedicated electronic portal, accessible at the following address: https://wolouj.men.gov.ma. Registration is open from September 6, 2024 until September 23, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. The Ministry specifies that the written tests will take place in centers specified by the regional academies of education, in coordination with the Regional Centers for Education and Training Professions.

Candidates are invited to complete their applications online and validate their application before the deadline. A pre-selection based on the application files will be carried out before the written test.

Conditions of eligibility for competitions

These competitions are open to candidates of Moroccan nationality, enjoying their civil rights, and who have not been the subject of judicial convictions resulting in a deprivation of liberty. Candidates must also meet the physical capacity conditions required for the exercise of the functions which will be assigned to them.

Candidates are also asked not to be registered in the central disciplinary register, not to have a current employment contract with another employer, and not to be over 30 years old on the date of the competition.

Qualifications required to apply

Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:

A degree in education or an equivalent diploma; A degree in a university education course or its equivalent; A degree in fundamental studies, a professional degree or any other equivalent diploma recognized by decree n°2.12.90 of April 30, 2012.

Finally, a preliminary selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the files submitted before the written test.
