Moroccans Excluded from Health Coverage Due to Data Error

Dozens of Moroccan citizens find themselves in an unfair administrative impasse that compromises their access to health coverage. An investigation reveals that these people were wrongly categorized in the agricultural sector by the digital system of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), despite the total absence of any link with this activity.

According to well-informed sources, this problem has persisted for more than two years, with registrations made in agricultural departments far from their actual place of residence, without any verification or updating of the data. The affected citizens denounce flagrant negligence on the part of the CNSS administration, which has not taken the necessary measures to correct these errors despite multiple complaints.

This administrative error has had disastrous repercussions, unfairly depriving some citizens of their rights to adequate health coverage. They find themselves in a paradoxical situation, wrongly accused of belonging to the agricultural sector and therefore excluded from any health benefits, when they have never been affiliated with this activity.

Faced with this critical situation, the citizens concerned are today calling on the CNSS to act immediately to rectify this monumental error and update their data. They are also asking for guarantees to prevent such injustices from happening again in the future, thus putting an end to a period of deprivation of their fundamental rights for too long.
