Prince William-Kate Middleton have ‘terrible’ fights: ‘Throw things at each other’
Royal author Tom Quinn claimed that Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton have intense arguments behind closed doors which escalate to the point where they “throw things at each other”. The author made the claims in his new book ‘Gilded Youth: An Intimate History of Growing Up in the Royal Family’.

Contrary to their public image, Tom Quinn claimed that Prince William and Kate Middleton are accustomed to intense arguments and heated disagreements. Their fights have gotten so big that they even resorted to throwing things at each other, he added.
“It’s not all sweetness. They have terrible rows where they throw things at each other,” the author claimed noting that Prince William and Kate often get stressed out by all the attention they receive around the clock.
Their disagreements aren’t anything extraordinary. The two basically have spats, just like any other married couple in the world, the author explained.
Kate Middleton is a natural peacekeeper and Prince William tends to avoid confrontations and can be quick to yield, the author continued.
“William is the one who’s a bit hotheaded. We see an example of that in Harry’s book… But Kate is very level-headed. She’s the one who will pour oil on troubled waters and go, ‘Let’s not stir things up’,” the author claimed.
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s affectionate names for each other
Prince William and Kate Middleton also have some charming aspects in their relationship. Kate lovingly refers to William as “babe” and he has a couple of playful names for her, including “Babykins” and the teasing “Duchess of Doolittle”, the author claimed.
They also poke fun at each other, particularly when it comes to Prince William’s thinning hair. According to Tom Quinn, Kate Middleton affectionately teases him by calling him “baldy.”
