Weather Alert: Imminent Heat Wave in Several Provinces of Morocco

A severe weather alert is issued for several provinces of Morocco, as a heat wave is expected from Tuesday February 13 to Thursday February 15, 2024. Temperatures could reach worrying heights, with maximums of up to 37° C, according to forecasts from the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM).

The provinces of Tan-Tan, Assa-Zag, Laâyoune, Es-Semara, Boujdour, Tarfaya, Aousserd and Oued Ed-Dahab are particularly targeted by this orange level weather alert.
