Casablanca – The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced the registration, on Tuesday, of the company Upline Corporate Finance to carry out financial investment advisory (CIF) activities falling under category no. 2 provided for in the article 2 of AMMC circular no. 01/20 relating to financial investment advisors.

This involves advice and assistance in financial management and financial engineering on behalf of organizations or legal entities making public offerings, advice during public offering operations to savings, as well as advising companies on IPOs and their support after said IPO, indicates the AMMC on its website.
