Real Madrid have decided to keep Brahim Diaz in their squad, ruling out any departure during the January winter transfer window. This decision, taken under the supervision of coach Carlo Ancelotti, puts an end to speculation around the future of the Moroccan international.

According to information reported by the Spanish site Defensacentral, several major European clubs, including AC Milan, wanted to attract the 25-year-old player. The Italian club, where Diaz had shone during a previous loan, was particularly hoping for a return to San Siro.

However, neither the player nor his coach are considering a transfer this winter. Carlo Ancelotti considers Brahim Diaz as a key element of his squad and believes in his potential for progression. Unless there is an exceptional offer which could encourage Florentino Pérez to reconsider his position, the Moroccan will continue his adventure with the Madrid club.

Back at his best after an injury contracted in September, Brahim Diaz stood out recently, notably during the match against Sevilla in La Liga. His performances allowed him to establish himself as one of the most prominent players on the team.

In 2024, the striker has set an impressive average of one goal contribution every 100 minutes. In the 17 matches he has played in all competitions this season, Diaz has scored two goals and provided three assists.
