Main Mission: The Accounting Assistant’s mission is to assist the accounting department in the management of current operations, the keeping of accounts and the preparation of financial documents, including tax returns.Responsibilities and Main Tasks:1. Accounting Entry: Enter supplier and customer invoices. – Record banking transactions. – Perform bank reconciliations2. Archiving and Filing: Classify and archive accounting documents. – Maintain efficient organization of files3. Assistance in the Preparation of Financial and Tax Documents: Participate in the preparation of VAT4 declarations. Administrative Support: Assist in the administrative management of the accounting department. Profile sought for the position: Accounting Officer Education: Diploma in accounting or equivalent Experience: Initial experience in accounting is desirable, but not obligatory. Languages: Fluency in English is a plus .Technical skills :

Mastery of Sage accounting software Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word) Understanding of the basic principles of accounting Knowledge of tax procedures and declarations.
