Description: We are recruiting for a leading global player in the creation and implementation of personalized customer experiences for the largest international brands, bilingual customer service representatives in reception of calls in Casablanca. Job Duties: As a Backoffice Experience Specialist, you will play an essential role in creating memorable interactions between customers and world-renowned brands. Provide exceptional customer service using a skillful combination of technical skills and emotional intelligence; Be the main point of contact for customers in responding to their requests. Provide information on the company’s products and services, as well as advice and recommendations on their use; Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience for them;
Profile Wanted Excellent level of French (B2-C1) Good level of English for bilingual French-English speaking activity Motivation for the customer service profession; Active listening, dynamism and courtesy; Commitment to excellence in customer service and building lasting relationships.
