Profile Wanted Training Bac+2 or equivalent, all sectors combined. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of customer service. Excellent command of French and English, written and oral. Ability to work in a team while focusing on achieving objectives. Sense of customer service and commercial skills. Listening skills, dynamism, rigor and organization.
