Ensure good management of the department, Achieve objectives, margins, stocks, productivity, breakages and out-of-stock rates, Establish weekly schedules, Organize the work of your team and provide support, Respect the group’s commercial policy / build customer loyalty, Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, place orders, receive them and manage stock.
Profile sought: Minimum of Bac +2 training in Commerce/Management, you have experience of 3 years or more in modern butchery in which you have developed the following skills:
Merchandising, negotiation and team leadership techniques, Ability to establish proposals to improve results, Reading dashboards and monitoring indicators.
