Profile sought for the position: Claims and Reservation Officer
Diploma in commerce, management, communication, customer relations or equivalent Prior experience in customer service or a similar position Mastery of IT tools Mastery of French and English Excellent written and oral communication skills Customer orientation: Sense of listening and orientation towards customer satisfaction Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritized requests.
