Position: As part of the development of our branch network, we are recruiting Customer Managers. Your missions are following:

Ensure customer reception, management of current operations and commercial development of its portfolio. Ensure opening and closing work of the day. Take charge of the management of your secondary cash register, process counter operations (payment, withdrawal, transfer, certification, purchase/sale of currencies, etc.) Contribute to the resolution of complaints relating to counter operations and manage requests and complaints for customers by taking care of them directly or by directing them to the right contact. Ensure, with the CCP or the Branch Manager, cash management (calling or collecting funds, supplying the ATM). Carry out the processing of values ​​(departure & return and inter-agency compensation) and the centralization of accounting days. Manage, alone or with colleagues, the counter’s customer portfolio, market simplified sales products, direct the customer to the advisor for credit applications, other products and account openings while contributing to internal conquest.

Profile sought: Bac+2/Bac+3 training type BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG or License with a specialty in Economics and management.

Good command of sales or Commerce and Marketing techniques.
