Position: We are looking for a reliable Security Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that all everyone in the company complies with health and safety laws. You will also be responsible for implementing policies that create and maintain a safe workplace. As a safety manager, you must be able to demonstrate great attention to detail so that you can identify hazards. You will also be able to identify opportunities for improving conditions and execute various safety programs. The ability to communicate direction to multidisciplinary staff is essential in this role. Your goal is to ensure that the workplace meets all legal expectations and actively promotes occupational health and safety. Responsibilities: Organization of safety and security
Develop and execute workplace health and safety plans in accordance with legal guidelines Prepare and implement policies to establish a culture of health and safety Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risks and compliance with law Conduct training and presentations on health and safety issues and accident prevention Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations Inspect equipment and machine tools to observe compliance possible unsafe conditions Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and process workers’ compensation claim Recommend problem solutions, opportunities for improvement or new prevention measures Report on health awareness and security, issues and statistics
Analysis of the security context of goods and people
Identify the risks faced by the company and employees in terms of security. Propose risk prevention plans (PPR) as well as technical solutions to respond to identified risks. Establish, disseminate and enforce safety protocols and operating instructions throughout the company. Carry out regular reporting on the level of security for general management. Ensure constant monitoring of possible developments in terms of risks concerning the activity of the company and its members. Monitor all regulatory developments relating to the security and safety of establishments open to the public (ERP).
Site security management
Apply fire safety and personal assistance regulations (SSIAP). Guarantee the application of QSE (quality, safety and environment) procedures. Ensure compliance with safety instructions by company employees. Analyze each malfunction or non-compliance and propose corrective actions. Ensure regulatory maintenance and operation of safety equipment (elevator, fire extinguishers, etc.). Make PPE (personal protective equipment) available to employees.
Profile sought: Have a minimum BAC+4/5 diploma in occupational health and safety, with proven experience in the field of business security,
Proven experience as a safety manager Thorough understanding of legal health and safety guidelines Ability to produce reports and develop appropriate policies Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment Excellent organizational skills and motivation Exceptional attention to detail and observation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
