Currently, we are recruiting a Director of Digital Transformation and Information Systems (M/F) for a position based in Casablanca. Job descriptionAs Director of Transformation Digital and Information Systems (M/F), your missions will include:
Develop and deploy a digital strategy adapted to the needs of the company. Take charge of the digital transformation of projects in coordination with the different divisions of the company. Develop and improve existing digital methods and tools. Implement appropriate technologies and a tailor-made execution plan. Integrate a digital culture and stimulate innovation within the company. Carry out technological monitoring and master the opportunities offered by new digital solutions. Manage IT projects and ensure the proper functioning and stability of the company’s information system. Guarantee the security of systems, equipment, data and processing, while defining and monitoring the department’s budget and managing the assigned teams.
Profile sought To excel in these missions:
You have a bac +5 education from major engineering schools, with a specialization in IT and digital. You have at least 10 years of operational experience within the IT department. You demonstrate strong organization, rigor and responsiveness. You are passionate about new technologies. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a developed sense of listening.
