Make calls, contact debtors to inform them of the amount outstanding and work out a payment plan. Answering emails from debtors with questions about payment plans and unpaid invoices. Receive calls, answer debtors’ calls and provide them with the information required for their files.
Profile
Fluent in Flemish Working proficiency in English Good call management (structure, efficiency, assertiveness) Empathy Soft skills Attendance Good general appearance Previous experience in collections Respectful and positive towards customers; Solution-oriented thinking;
