Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships: Collaborate with client companies to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Identify new opportunities: Promote our services to new businesses and establish strategic partnerships. Manage contracts and negotiate: Manage existing contracts and negotiate new agreements while respecting company objectives. Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of services. Monitoring market trends: Analyze the market and propose improvements to adapt to developments in the sector.
Profile Wanted Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in call centers or customer services. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Autonomy and team spirit: Ability to work independently while being an effective collaborator. Mastery of CRM tools: Good knowledge of customer relationship management software and common IT tools.
