Seating is at the center of the consumer vehicle experience and our seating solutions are developed from consumer research, prioritizing comfort, convenience and connectivity.About the RoleAt MAGNA the logistics coordinator is responsible to optimize processes, guarantee service quality and ensure customer satisfaction, also responsible for meeting deadlines and complying with current safety standards.Your Responsibilities
Coordinate with different logistics area Ensure and control the effectiveness of all logistics processes (Production planning, Material Planning, Customer deliveries), Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations Coordinate with warehouse manager, to ensure the good progress of operation in shopfloor Develop the logistics organization to a lean, transparent, efficient and effective structure Support to fulfill customer requirements Coordination of physical inventories and cycle counts
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree / Engineering degree or a related field. 4 years of experience in logistics, preferable in logistics planning, Customer & Suppliers Planning, packaging planning. Fluent in English and French Knowledge in the fields of lean logistics Good understanding of supply chain processes and all necessary tools to analyze and improve them (eg VSM, FMEA, …) Experience of managing a team
