You are responsible for managing performance on your projects using all the resources available to you.Management of production operationsYou monitor financial and non-financial indicators: turnover, volume, customer satisfaction, etc.You manage production capacity forecasts. You monitor margins and management ratios for the entire scope under your responsibility. Higher education in management. You have a perfect command of French and English (level B2 and above for English). You have at least 8 years of experience as a senior manager in call centers, ideally on English-speaking/international accounts. You have analytical skills to understand and manage the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives. You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage large teams (more than 100 people). Leadership, decision-making and unifying skills are essential assets to access the position
