Position: As Operations Manager, your main missions will be: Ensure the operational management of the clinic with regard to the guidelines and objectives defined in order to optimize administrative and healthcare management to guarantee quality care;
Be an actor in the continuous improvement of quality and risk management in cooperation with the medical management and the QHSE Department;
Manage relationships with the various stakeholders and ensure that the relationship between the different entities is facilitated and streamlined;
Supervise administrative processes and ensure proper compliance with the procedures put in place (admission & billing, doctor’s fees, accounting, etc.);
Ensure the proper functioning of the accommodation center in the clinic in coordination with the Group Accommodation Department;
Participate in the development of networks and partnerships (establishment visit, family interview, signing of contracts, organization of events, etc.);
Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure optimal patient care;
Ensure the monitoring of performance indicators within its scope, as well as implementing preventive and corrective actions to ensure the achievement of objectives. Profile sought: Technical skills: Bac+5 in Finance with a minimum experience of 8 years in a position of Financial and Administrative Manager;
Mastery of the accounting standards of its environment;
Budget management;
Mastery of the necessary computer tools;
Knowledge of the hospital environment, Desirable. Behavioral Skills: Leadership;
Diplomacy and self-control;
Ability to listen and negotiate;
