Your main mission will be to manage and monitor current projects through their different phases. FUNCTIONS: Ensure complete payroll processing on IT applications in compliance with social and contractual legislation and within set deadlines;
Ensure the follow-up of punches, leave and medical certificates, absences;
Check bonuses and calculate social charges;
Establish and monitor contribution statements;
Control payroll and edit pay slips;
Prepare receipts for balance of all accounts;
Monitor work accident files (declaration, reimbursement, etc.);
Ensure daily administrative management: contracts, work certificates, files of new recruits;
Take care of CNSS-AMO & Tax, CIMR, Mutual Tele-declarations.PROFILE:
Bac +2/3 in Business Management / Human Resources Management preferably, Payroll Manager, with payroll experience.
2 to 3 years in a similar position. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Good up-to-date knowledge of the labor code and CNSS, CIMR and IR regulations.
Mastery of IT tools and payroll software packages. QUALITIES: Strong interpersonal skills
