Position: Attached to the Group Logistics and Security entity, you will be in charge of ensuring the operational management of Group Security activities, processing requests and complaints in compliance with deadlines, procedures and instructions in force. As such, your main missions will be to:
Ensure monitoring of the progress of activities and guarantee their completion on time by respecting internal procedures and
current regulations * Plan inventories, Control and monitor internal and outsourced stocks and manage obsolete stocks
Receive, qualify, process and follow up on complaints and requests Prepare meetings and disseminate relevant information to all parties concerned. Participate in the identification and evaluation of operational risks and malfunctions linked to activities and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. Collect, organize and analyze the data necessary for monitoring and evaluating activities and Participate in the preparation and presentation of regular reports on the progress of these activities
Profile sought: You have a Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree, Logistics or Management option and you have initial experience in a similar position (internships included). You have a perfect knowledge of project management, you are rigorous, organized, responsive and you have proven interpersonal skills and a keen sense of problem solving.
