Position: On behalf of our client, we are looking for a senior French-English speaking supervisor for a customer service activity. Reporting to the project manager, your missions will be:
Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives Ensure compliance with the client’s quality processes and standards & Webhelp Ensure regular activity reporting to the client and top management Manage and lead a team of supervisors: coaching, point keeping regular individual and team meetings, implementation of a support plan for low performers, etc. Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Ensure the availability of resources and means of production necessary to maintain flows Manage turnover, absenteeism and implement the necessary action plans Ensure administrative supervision of your team (leave, absences, delays, etc.) Alert about problems that may impact production Manage production incidents
Required profile :
Higher education in management/management You have a perfect command of French and English You have proven experience as a senior manager of 4 years in contact centers You have great analytical skills to understand and manage the achievement of objectives You have a sense of anticipation and are customer satisfaction and solution oriented You are organized and rigorous You are recognized for your interpersonal skills You have a sense of listening You are forceful of proposals Leadership and strong managerial skills are essential qualities to carry out your mission You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet) and telephony
