Coordinating work on checking material needs and material ordering.1.1. Activities for raw materials procurement:
– Preparing forecasts of supply needs, including anticipated demand for a product based on historical data and current trends. Weekly update of supply call off towards suppliers.
– Planning the purchase of raw materials or other components needed to produce the finished product.
– Ensuring uninterrupted raw material flow to production plants.
– Coordinating and negotiating with suppliers to ensure that they can meet delivery schedules.
– Collaborating with operations, production and other supply chain department team members.
– Handling various escalations taking into consideration existing escalation matrix.
– Ensuring correct system settings related to material ordering.
– Providing regular support to the team in the escalations.1.2. Activities for inventory level management:
– Counting and tracking inventory across multiple locations.
– Monitoring inventory levels and tracking trends to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
– Suggesting changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand.
– Creating inventory reports and presenting suggestions to the Supply Planning and Supply Chain managers.
– Coordinating and controlling activities of the team regarding inventory level management. Profile sought:

Education: higher; bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field is preferred. Experience: minimum 2 years in Logistics Special skills: fluent English (minimum level B2), advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) and MRP/ERP systems.
