Contribute to documentation and knowledge base to facilitate future support. Participate in training to stay informed of new technologies and products.

Required profile :

Perfect command of Spanish and a good command of English. Previous experience in a technical support, customer service or help desk role preferred. Knowledge of common operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and explain technical solutions clearly. Ability to resolve problems quickly and proactively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
